A dedicated section of the website to blog about our Mini Racing journey;

We had initially planned on entering the Mini7 Championship in 2019 but instead were delayed and didn't manage to enter. We did however manage to just about get the car ready and enter The Fastest Mini In The World race at Brands Hatch in August of that year, applying door stickers on the Friday during testing. It was used as a shakedown event and we were pleased to finish both races.

2020 came and we actually tested the car again in March at Snetterton and were looking forward to the first round until Lockdown kicked in.

This car feels so different to the RWD Estate and its difficult to adapt but I don't think we did too bad. More seat time needed to explore where the limits are.

Eventually, as a family, we decided not to enter once the championship got underway.

With the budget saved in 2020 we're going to upgrade the gearbox to the MED dog box. The dashboard layout is to be revised also.

So fingers crossed we'll finally be going racing in 2021.
